Kickboxing Kids:
The Kids class are fun, action packed and educational. This is an excellent activity for your children to participate in to make them stay fit, active and learn Martial arts in a friendly and safe environment. We focus on simple Martial Arts skills and make them fun and enjoyable for children. Your children will get fitter and better behaved and you will also see their confidence increase.
K-1 Kickboxing:
K-1 Kickboxing is a high energy class for fitness which enhances all body conditioning and fitness improving flexibility, muscle tone, endurance, strength and reduces stress at the same time. An excellent all round fitness activity. K-1 kickboxing is a style that combines stand up techniques from Kickboxing, Muay Thai (Thaiboxing), Karate and boxing. With this combination of styles, our classes never turn out to be the same old routine and gives our students a bigger range of ways to do the sport. A fun way to get in shape and meet new friends.
Ladies Only (15+ years of age)
High energy, non-contact class, for ladies only, with lots of punches and kicks done in the air or on pads or bags, combined with stretching and body toning. A great class for women to blow of their steam, get in shape and forget about men, kids and work for a while.
MMA (Mixed Martial Arts):
Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full contact combat sport in which a wide variety of fighting techniques are used, striking, kicking, elbows, knees, submission and grappling.
Modern mixed martial arts tournaments as a popular phenomenon emerged in 1993 with the Ultimate Fighting Championship, based on the concept of putting different fighting styles against each other in competition with minimal rules in place, in an attempt to determine which system would be more effective in a real, unregulated combat situation.
The MMA class is taught from basic in a relaxed atmosphere.
